1. Shipping Destinations
DIVINE LUXE offers worldwide shipping. We partner with elite global couriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure your luxury items are delivered securely and promptly to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We strive to keep our shipping rates transparent and fair:
- Orders under $500: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and weight of the items.
- Orders of $500 or more: We are pleased to offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders worldwide.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Please be advised that all international orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in Europe. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the courier’s website.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item. In the event of an unclaimed package being returned, a restocking fee of $55 may be deducted from any potential refund.
